By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.
I. General

  • DM or email me to start

  • Be clear and concise. References only, no walls of text

  • I can decline any commission

II. Payment

  • 100% upfront via Boosty (I’ll send a link)

  • I start sketching after the payment is made

  • You’ll get WIPs (sketch, then line+color). Minor edits are ok early on.

  • No refunds after sketch approval

III. Process

  • You’ll get a sketch to approve

  • No refunds after sketch approval

  • Be specific with feedback

IV. Copyright / Usage
What I can do:

  • Share the artwork in my portfolio, on my website, and on social media

  • Include the artwork in paid content sets on Boosty — with PSDs, step-by-steps, NSFW versions, etc.

  • Use the artwork to promote my services

What you can do:

  • Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless we agreed otherwise)

  • Print it, use it as an avatar, etc. — you keep the rights to your character, but not to the artwork itself

  • Post it online with proper credit to me

Not allowed:

  • Commercial use without purchasing rights

  • Removing my signature

  • Editing the artwork without my permission

  • Using it for any kind of AI or machine learning

Extra options:

  • Commercial rights — +300% of the base price. This allows you to use the artwork on merch, in books, games, etc. Credit is still required*

  • Privacy — +100% of the base price. If you don’t want the artwork to be shared in Boosty sets or anywhere else, it’s considered a private commission

V. Cancel & Refund

  • I may cancel and refund at any time

  • You can cancel before payment

  • No refunds after work begins
